Conditions

In connection with registration, your data is registered in Viborg Idrætshøjskole's CRM System, according to the following guidelines:

Processing of personal data and purposes
The personal data you submit will be processed by Viborg Idrætshøjskole's administration and marketing department. The purpose of the processing is exclusively to enroll students/students on current courses.
Your personal information is treated confidentially, and only necessary employees have access to your personal data and files.

Storage of personal data
Your personal data will be stored in a database. We save your information for use in sending various invitations, as well as information about upcoming courses, unless you specifically ask us to delete them. This must be done by contacting Viborg Idrætshøjskole. You have the right to be informed about which information has been registered about you, just as you have the right to demand that any information about you be deleted. This is also done by contacting Viborg Idrætshøjskole.

Transfer of personal data
Viborg Idrætshøjskole does not share your information with unauthorized third parties.

Requirements for information
You must ensure that the personal data you provide is correct and complete. You should be aware that when you register, your email address will act as your ID. We therefore recommend that you enter a personal e-mail address and not an e-mail at your workplace or an e-mail address that you share with other people.
Should any of your data/information change, we encourage you to update it. This can be done by sending an email to Viborg Idrætshøjskole.

The school reserves the right to delete data at any time if the above is not complied with.

Receiving information or marketing material
When you register, you must be aware that you are giving your consent to Viborg Idrætshøjskole sending you emails. For use in sending invitations and marketing material, your name, e-mail and possibly phone number are registered.

Security
All data is stored on secure servers at our partner KomIT. The connection between your computer and KomIT's servers takes place according to the most common security regulations regarding encryption and other security.

Use of data
Your entered data can be used for statistical processing, in order to improve the recruitment process for the user as well as Viborg Idrætshøjskole.
Your data will be stored for 5 years in KomIT, after which only a few anonymized information will be retained for statistical purposes.
Viborg Idrætshøjskole always saves your name, address and e-mail so that we can send invitations to reunion parties, as well as confirmation that you have been a student/student at the college, if you need it.
You must ensure that the personal data you provide is your personal, correct and adequate information.
Disclosure of information to public authorities will only take place if Viborg Idrætshøjskole is obliged to do so according to a special legal basis, or if it is necessary to be able to meet the obligations that Viborg Idrætshøjskole has in relation to your stay and your teaching.
