Dancefit and Yoga is joy and presence!

The subject is for anyone who likes to move to music and immerse themselves in yoga’s focusing on relaxation, stability and mobility.

Everyone can participate in Dancefit & Yoga and it’s about training the whole body.
Cardiovascular training and coordination will be achieved through the best of aerobic, funk, salsa, hip hop, combat and house compositions – the mood is great and we will together.
The classes always contain effective strength training passes, which changes between muscle strength and muscle stamina through a mix of static and dynamic exercise.
The movements in Dancefit soften the body’s joints and muscles, and therefore we will work naturally with mobility inspired by yoga.
